The practice, decoded.

A multi-disciplinary consulting practice for founder-led, values-driven companies. Three tables. One seat at all of them. Built around what soul-led work actually looks like.

Meraki Ascent LLC is the practice Hannah built around three things she deeply believes in: passion for the work, purpose in every connection, and progress that is measurable and real.

The practice does three things, with soul: Business Development. Investor Relations. Marketing. Sitting at all three tables is rare. Sitting at all three with soul is rarer.

The social media side is built specifically for the values-driven businesses across Okanogan County. The investor relations side is anchored in a contracted partnership with Terra Axis, supporting their funds' IR and BD needs. All of it is one practice. All of it is soul-led.

Two words. One direction.

Meraki
/Mare-uh-kye/
Greek · noun

A Greek word with no perfect English translation. To do something with soul, creativity, and love.

For us: pouring yourself fully into the work. The opposite of going through the motions.

Ascent
/Uh-sent/
English · noun

The act of climbing or moving upward. An upward slope or path.

For us: the next peak. Intentional, values-driven growth as the direction.

Passion. Purpose. Progress.

Three words. In this order, every time. Passion fuels the start, purpose keeps the line, progress proves the work.

01

Passion

The Fuel

Showing up with your whole self, every time. Doing the work because you actually care about it, not because it's on the calendar.

02

Purpose

The Compass

Aligning every connection, every introduction, every strategy with values that matter. For the founder, the investor, the planet, the community.

03

Progress

The Proof

Measurable, intentional movement. Real growth that makes founders, investors, and the work itself meaningfully better than where it started.

Three reasons this practice exists.

01

The Translator.

Speaks founder, investor, and creative fluently. Most people pick a lane. The work happens in the connections between them.

02

Soul-led, not script-led.

No templated outreach, no copy-paste decks, no auto-DM sequences. Every message and every introduction starts from real research and a real reason.

03

Experience-informed.

The ascent metaphor is lived, not marketing language. The discipline, the endurance, the patience for the long climb. Same on the trail, same in the work.

Honest about fit.

The best engagements start with a yes from both sides. Here's where the work shines, and where it doesn't.

Built for

  • Values-driven founders building for the long climb, not the quick exit.
  • Impact investors, family offices, and venture funds focused on sustainable returns.
  • Okanogan County businesses ready to invest in their story and their reach.

Not the right fit

  • Operators who already have all the answers and aren't actually open to the work.
  • MLMs, crypto speculation, political campaigns, and cannabis. Not a values judgment on each, just not where this practice plays.
